Product Manager Premuim Chocolate

About the role:

In Ferrero we work with great ideas to win the hearts of many families in the world, and you can be part of the team that contributes to make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary, this role leads Ferrero Rocher, the #1 premium chocolate brand worldwide and the category leader in Mexico. The Brand Manager will develop and execute effective strategies to drive growth in the premium chocolate category across Mexico and CAM, both in the short and long term.

Main Responsabilities:

  • Builds and Protects the Brand Equity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Leads a cross-functional team to execute innovations and projects that ensure the brand’s future   (including Trade Marketing, Insights, Sales, Supply, Legal, etc.).
  • Crafts and executes the  long-term strategic plan for Ferrero Rocher and Ferrero Collection.
  • Develops impactful digital and TV communication from scratch to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Collaborates with the Media Team to develop and optimize the media plan.
  • Identifies and drives growth opportunities.
  • Designs insightful, end-to-end innovations in close collaboration with the global team.
  • Cultivates future talent by leading and developing their own team.

Who are we looking for:

  • Marketing Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
  • 6 years of experience leading brandswithin the FMCG Industry
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English. (Wriitten and spoken)
  • Experience leading premium brands and global brands
