Kinder Ice Cream Brand Manager
For our Global Headquarters and in our Ice Cream Division, we are looking for a talented Kinder Ice Cream Brand Manager who will support the Senior Brand Manager Ice Cream – Nutella & Kinder managing and developing the category in our Headquarters.
Project Development
Thanks to your involvement in project development, you’ll play an active role in supporting the Marketing Team across key initiatives tied to the 3-year strategic plan and activity grid. This includes working on proximity innovation such as new product flavors, contributing to packaging development, and participating in the launch of new advertising campaigns. You’ll help monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met, while aligning efforts with the broader roadmap led by the Category Team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Consumer Insights
You will regularly collaborate with multiple departments and teams (such as Business Units, Technical, Digital, Consumer Shopping Understanding, Operations, and Legal), helping coordinate input and securing alignment around planned initiatives. Your contribution will also extend to consumer research and data analysis: supporting briefs to the Research Department, taking part in qualitative and quantitative research phases, and helping translate findings into actionable proposals. You’ll also assist in the organization of mockups and product samples with both internal and external partners.
Product Development
You will support in design, development and maintenance of the product portfolio, ensuring simplification initiatives across departments. You’ll support the preparation of packaging design and advertising briefs, and take part in evaluating agency proposals to ensure timely and consistent execution across global markets. This includes coordinating with external suppliers, producing brand guidelines and templates, certifying artworks, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Additionally, you’ll help track project budgets, follow up on procurement processes in SAP, and make sure cost control measures are in place when needed.
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Marketing or equivalent, combined with 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, a Brand Marketing environment or similar.
Your strong multi-markets and culture understanding, communication and influencing skills will prove to be an asset. As will your analytical, financial and project management skills.
Your dynamism, flexibility, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines will be key.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your result-oriented attitude, assertiveness and open-mindedness.
You will also contribute thanks to your excellent command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), your knowledge of Nielsen/IRI DBs and familiarity with SAP Architecture
Lastly, you are available to travel.
