Assistant Brand Manager Kinder ANZ
The Assistant Brand Manager Kinder plays a pivotal role in leading the Kinder Seasonal portfolio and driving new product development across Australia and New Zealand. This role shapes marketing and media plans, contributes to brand strategy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic FMCG environment.
- Lead the Kinder Seasonal portfolio, including the development of marketing and media plans and shaping the future product range
- Define the Kinder Seasonal range by understanding shopper and consumer needs, conducting financial evaluations, and ensuring supply availability
- Contribute to the definition and execution of brand plans, including media planning
- Consolidate data from multiple sources to develop actionable recommendations aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives
- Manage the A&P budget and recommend optimisations as needed
- Lead operational projects, including new SKU development
- Conduct analysis and post-activity reviews, providing recommendations to enhance brand market share and profitability
- Collaborate with internal functions such as sales, logistics, and regional marketing
- Actively participate in the Ferrero ANZ Marketing Community and support the regional marketing team on ad hoc projects
- University degree in Marketing or Business
- Experience in brand management or marketing, with a strong understanding of the Australian FMCG market
- Proven track record in new product development (NPD), brand campaigns, implementation, and analysis
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with scan data and consumer research. Familiarity with Circana and/or Nielsen is an advantage
- Exposure to P&L management and experience managing A&P budgets
- Excellent project management, presentation, and business writing skills
- Goal-oriented, with a drive to deliver exceptional results
- A strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
- Advanced MS Office skills; Power BI is considered a plus
