We are looking for a Junior Industrial Controller to join the Finance team and support industrial controlling activities across manufacturing operations. In this role, you will contribute to accurate cost analysis and performance monitoring, supporting decision making through data analysis and close collaboration with production and operations teams.

Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Production and Supply Chain, this role offers hands on exposure to industrial controlling processes in a structured and international environment, representing a valuable development opportunity for early career professionals.

As part of the Finance organization, you will support industrial cost calculation and analysis activities, contributing to the monitoring of manufacturing costs and overall operational performance. You will work on the analysis of variances between standard and actual costs, helping to identify key drivers and areas for improvement.

In close collaboration with Production, Supply Chain and Operations teams, you will contribute to the monitoring and analysis of key production KPIs, such as efficiency, yields and scrap rates, supporting regular reporting and performance review activities. You will also assist in budgeting, forecasting and industrial planning processes, providing data analysis and consolidation to support decision making.

You will support monthly closing activities related to industrial accounting, including inventory valuation, stock control and reconciliation between industrial accounting and the general ledger. In addition, you will take part in cost optimisation initiatives and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and strengthening cost control across manufacturing operations.

You hold a master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a related field and have gained previous experience in similar roles within industrial controlling, cost accounting or related areas, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You have a good understanding of industrial and cost accounting principles and enjoy working with data to support performance analysis and informed decision making.

You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting and have familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP (CO/FI modules). You bring an analytical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive approach, and you enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders across Finance, Production and Supply Chain.

You are fluent in English and feel comfortable working in a structured and international environment, where teamwork, learning and continuous improvement are encouraged.
