For our Ferrero Group HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Finance department - Investment Controlling team for a 6-month internship starting in September.

You will serve as the Group focal point for SAP Investment Management (SAP-IM), maintaining approval workflows, managing cost objects, and supporting the overall structure of the system. You will support the governance of capital expenditures  to the Investment Committee, ensuring that processes and documentation remain up to date and aligned with Group requirements. In parallel,

You will ensure consistency of information across Investment Committee activities, planning, and reporting processes, as well as alignment between the closing database and Group investment policies. You will also provide support to stakeholders involved in Budget, SAF, and PS3 Capex processes, including data preparation for planning tools.

In addition, you will assist local stakeholders in effectively using SAP tools and following established processes. You will also deliver ad hoc analyses and projections for management and stakeholders, including topics such as historical performance and foreign exchange impacts.

You will bring your degree in Finance, Financial Controlling or Accounting, demonstrating a solid educational background in relevant fields. You have a good understanding of accounting principles, including key elements of the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet, and are comfortable working with debit and credit entries to support financial processes with accuracy and consistency.

You demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, combined with a results-oriented mindset and a balanced approach between pragmatism and attention to detail. You are confident working with data, have a problem-solving approach, and are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, to support reporting and analysis.

You show strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders while meeting deadlines. Fluency in English is required to operate efficiently across teams and functions.

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
