Junior Demand Planning Specialist (12-months fixed-term contract)

End to End Supply Chain
Job ID:
74330
Luxembourg, LU (Hybrid)
Temporary

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Junior Demand Planning Specialist. You join our Industrial & Supply team in Luxembourg with the chance to shape how our global planning process evolves. You step into a space where your craft supports our mission to bring care and quality to every product we make. As you partner with colleagues across the world, you will discover how your work creates impact on the clarity, reliability and rhythm of our demand planning story.

You will help define the future of our Demand Planning Process by translating complex steps into clear, consistent standards. As you document the Group Operating Standard, you ensure it reflects the evolving structure of our Demand Planning Hub and stays aligned with our wider S&OP direction. Through this work, you support a shared language that helps everyone grow together.

Moreover, you will accompany the Hub Implementation by supporting project leaders and Hub Managers as they move from design to daily practice. You will shape transition paths, connect teams, and help embed new ways of working so that the process becomes a natural part of our global operations. Your actions will strengthen trust and coherence across regions.

You will also contribute to the global roll‑out by keeping projects anchored to the roadmap and by supporting change management activities. As you help cascade plans and spread best practices, you will ease the shift from project to process. In addition, you will assist the Group S&OP Office with reporting activities, ensuring that information flows smoothly and supports timely decision‑making.

You bring a degree in Engineering or an Operations or Supply Chain discipline, along with 2-3 years of experience in demand planing that shows you can work in complex, multinational settings. You know how structured processes guide better decisions, and you enjoy contributing to work that has clear purpose.

You can navigate a matrix organization, use your project management abilities to guide activities, and rely on strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to craft clear analyses. Knowledge on Blue yonder or any other will help you adapt quickly. You communicate with confidence in English.

You show steady problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to move from challenge to solution with clarity. Your approach is coherent and result‑oriented, helping you keep momentum while supporting teams in moments of change.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
