Junior Brand Manager Kinder Biscuits (12 months fixed-term contract)

Marketing
Job ID:

Senningerberg, L, LU (Hybrid)
Temporary

In this role, you shape the future of the Kinder Biscuits portfolio from our Luxembourg HQ. You bring Kinder’s emotional world to life in the biscuits category by crafting a clear brand strategy, insight-led communication, and a distinctive global brand expression. Your work connects big ideas to what people see on shelf, and you help markets act with clarity—so every launch and update creates real impact and builds the brand’s story.

You drive end-to-end rollouts and help brands land in market with confidence—balancing innovation delivery and the existing portfolio to support sustainable growth and profitability. You coordinate closely across functions (such as finance, product development, operations, digital commerce, and consumer & shopper insights) so plans move from idea to launch with quality and on-time delivery. You turn brand health signals into priorities, and you equip local teams with strategic guidance and high-quality global assets that feel locally relevant.

  • You actively support geographic rollouts, aligning positioning, packaging direction, and communication territories with clear success measures.

  • You build and use insight plans and research briefs, translating qualitative, quantitative, and equity data into decisions you can explain simply.

  • You share toolkits and global assets with markets, staying close to in-market dynamics so your recommendations sharpen performance.

You bring 1–2 years of marketing experience and you enjoy seeing your work reach consumers through communication, packaging, and campaigns. You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field. You can analyze data and insights, then shape them into clear choices and concrete next steps. You collaborate confidently, communicate with care, and you grow by learning from others while adding your craft to the team’s purpose.

  • You bring early-career experience in brand or marketing roles, with exposure to launches, renovations, or portfolio work.

  • You can plan and run projects across multiple partners, keeping timelines, quality, and deliverables visible.

  • You can synthesize performance and competitive signals into focused priorities and simple, actionable guidance.
