About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to be part of the team that will make Ferrero
brands even more extraordinary. If you like to work with great ideas to bring the joy to our consumers, this role
can be interesting for you! As a Product Manager Jr, you will be working together with a team to grow our market
share, develop strategies for the Brand and strengthening the competitive position of the Brand.

Main Responsibilities:

n this role you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and definition of: marketing and portfolio
strategies though market analysis; digital advertising campaigns, sales reports, market potential for new
opportunities for the business and competitors analysis.
You will monitor and analyze the market trends of the product group, coordinating with the market research team
to generate new proposals.
You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers for the fulfillment of strategies.
You will ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with the vision and attributes of the brands.
You will generate strategies to increase the positioning (gain market share) of the brand considering P&L and size
of the price opportunity though analysis and Crossfunctional work with other areas such as trade marketing, sales
team, supply, procurement, finance, etc
Manage situations that may arise within the product portfolio to ensure

Who are we looking for?

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Accounting or similar.
At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles.
Advanced English is mandatory.
Knowledge of customer research, evaluation of strategies in advertising campaigns, forecasting and effectiveness
metrics for evaluation of the innovation portfolio.
Experience in digital media planning, launch of new products, packaging design.
Excel skills and Power Point.
Results oriented, analytic, proactive, accountable, business oriented and with strong influencing skills.
