About the Role:

We currently have an opportunity for a HR generalist to business partner with Supporting Functions, this will include Finance, IT, Procurement etc.  Reporting to the HR Head for Supporting Functions, this role will work hard to ensure the full HR service is delivered at high standard across all areas from employee relations, organisational change, recruitment and retention, training, and development.  Whilst you will be able to lean on subject matter expects within the HR department such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits the role will be oversee these key activities.    The HR Business Partner will work with departments and stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies and activities.  The role will take a lead on learning and development activities working collaboratively and supporting the business in retaining, naturing and developing employees.

The role is based at our offices in Greenford, West London. Whilst this is very much an office-based role, we do have flexibility to work remotely two days a week. There is a free car park on site for those that travel by car and there are good bus and train links. In addition to this, there is an abundance of chocolate, complimentary breakfast, and fruit for all staff.

Main Responsibilities:

This role would suit someone with several years' experience as a generalist HRBP, ideally within an FMCG background. It would be ideal for candidates that are looking for a more dynamic and faster paced HR generalist role, within an organisation that truly cares about the environment, quality of their products and their employees. Ferrero is going through positive growth both organically and through acquisitions, so this is an exciting time to be part of our team. The ideal candidates will have strong employee relations experience and be able to effectively manage daily HR matters alongside strategic projects. Candidates should be able to translate and align business priorities to HR actions.

Who we are looking for:

Your role will cover all policy & processes, employee relations, recruitment, learning & development and work force planning. You'll be providing advice & guidance to stake holders in your business area and work closely with them on projects related to organizational change and process efficiencies. The key part of this role is to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice. Ideally we are looking for candidates that have used Success Factors, have a degree and a CIPD qualification.
