HCo Türkiye ISEE Manager
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Industrial Sustainability Environment and Energy (ISEE) Manager to join our Industrial team, reporting directly to the HCo Türkiye Industrial Manager. In this key role, you will lead environmental and energy activities across the industrial and extended-factory perimeter, driving compliance, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement while contributing to our broader sustainability ambitions.

- Monitor Environmental & Energy (E&E) regulations and coordinate legal compliance activities
- Ensure ISO Systems 14001 and 50001 are maintained and achieved
- Implement and cascade Group E&E policies and documentation locally, updating local instructions and procedures accordingly.
- Manage E&E permitting activities and related compliance follow-ups
- Coordinate the E&E assessment and Masterplan, including CAPEX planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Manage E&E KPIs, including data collection, target setting, trend analysis, and sustainability reporting
- Support plant functions in ensuring overall E&E compliance across the industrial and extended-factory perimeter
- Coordinate energy and water consumption planning and KPI measurement systems
- Lead environmental and energy audits and assessments, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Coordinate Environmental Management, Energy Management, and Industrial Decarbonization projects in collaboration with DOSEE
- Identify relevant public incentives for environmental and energy initiatives
- Manage waste management activities and related teams
- Coordinate with DOSEE on Energy LTC initiatives, including PPA and Biomethane-PA.
- Define and drive continuous-improvement initiatives for environmental and energy performance
- Support energy procurement and identify energy-efficiency opportunities
- Ensure effective communication and cascading of E&E priorities and initiatives through Line Managers
- Support the HCo Türkiye Industrial Manager and the Plant Managers, as legal representative, in internal and external communications with accountable authorities regarding environmental matters
- Manage water-cycle and disposal governance
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, permitting, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge and practical experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards
- Experience in project management and continuous improvements
- Proven experience in managing sustainability, environmental, or energy-related projects and KPIs
- Ability to translate global commitments and targets into effective local actions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented, with a strategic, innovative, and global mindset
- Ability to lead and adapt effectively to change and work across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel and work in a cross-cultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
