About the Role:

As a Consumer & Shopper Research Specialist, you will work on the Chocolate category for Kinder brands, helping shape the future of the business through insights-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in developing a pipeline of successful communications and  product innovations and renovations, by leveraging consumer insight research, market testing, and business intelligence data. This role combines curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strategic mindset in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will   ensure a comprehensive and timely understanding, within the specific chocolate category,  of the consumer and shopper behaviors, integrating data from diverse sources - ad hoc market research including quantitative and qualitative studies, panel data, trend reports, loyalty cards, social listening, and more. Your ability to synthesize information and connect the dots will help support key brands and product decisions. 
You will support the design and execution of consumer and shopper research, as well as market test projects through the most effective methodologies to meet marketing objectives, managing research processes from end to end, and ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. 
You will collect and interpret findings, turning complex data into clear and actionable insights for the business. Through insightful reviews and sharp analysis, you will contribute directly to innovation strategies, product development, and communication effectiveness.

Who we are looking for:

You bring a genuine interest in consumer behavior and a passion for turning data into powerful stories. You will contribute with a background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Engineering, paired with a creative skills with strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving. Your curiosity, business acumen, and collaborative mindset will make you a strong partner to marketing and innovation teams. You are comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data and know how to translate findings into clear, engaging presentations that lead to action. You will bring a strong eye for trends, a data-driven mentality, and the enthusiasm to support the growth of strategic product categories. A plus if you already have experience with research tools and techniques and ideally also in social listening/digital measurements. Your ability to connect insights across disciplines and visualize them effectively will help shape decisions at every stage of development. To succeed in this role, you will also need fluency in both English and Italian, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in an international business context.
