About the Role:
As the Brand Manager, Premium Chocolate Innovation, you’ll step into a high-impact role where your curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking will shape the future of our category in the U.S. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Premium Chocolate Innovation you’ll have the opportunity to influence at the highest levels of our global organization while driving innovation that delights consumers.
In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with top-tier creative agencies, and bring bold ideas to life—from concept through launch. Whether you're crafting compelling campaigns across TV and in-store, or analyzing data to uncover new opportunities, you’ll be at the forefront of building our innovation pipeline for both the short and long term.

This position is Hybrid, based out of our North American headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor brand performance metrics and business results, recommending strategic adjustments to meet objectives
- Develop and deliver persuasive marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Lead qualitative and quantitative consumer research from briefing to insights, driving innovation and product renovation
- Collaborate with Category Management and Trade Marketing to build compelling sell-in stories and customer toolkits
- Oversee creative development and campaign execution with agency partners across digital, TV, and in-store channels
- Ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all consumer and shopper touchpoints
- Participate in brand planning and integrated marketing communications with cross-functional and interagency teams
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, managing shifting priorities with agility
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Trade Marketing to support seamless execution of new initiatives
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality output and cost efficiency
- Confidently present strategies, insights, and results to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a strong plus
- 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Proficient in using syndicated data tools such as IRI, Nielsen, or similar platforms for market analysis
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experienced in budget management, forecasting, and financial planning for marketing initiatives
- Deep understanding of retail channels, including food, drug, mass, club, and e-commerce
- Proven success working within a global organization and navigating cross-functional, multicultural teams
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for building world-class brands
- Highly organized and structured in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus
Compensation Data
The base salary range for this position is $118,661- $158,215 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
