Brand Manager
The Cluster Brand Marketing Manager HK/TW role leads the development, execution and evaluation of annual brand plans, working closely with regional marketing teams and local business stakeholders. The role is responsible for delivering integrated 360° marketing plans across ATL and BTL activities, consumer activations, brand events, portfolio management, packaging development, product launches and media support. This is a highly collaborative role within a matrix organization, requiring close partnership with teams across Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as the wider Ferrero Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and execute annual brand plans and 360° marketing strategies to achieve business and brand growth objectives
- Monitor brand, consumer, market and competitor performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer and shopper marketing channels
- Manage agency partners to deliver effective campaigns, activations, events and content initiatives
- Drive in-store activations and shopper programs in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Commercial teams
- Manage product portfolio performance, forecasting and growth opportunities
- Develop business cases, pricing strategies and P&Ls for new product launches and portfolio initiatives
- Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain
- Oversee packaging development and product documentation to ensure compliant and timely market launches
- Partner with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and leverage best practices
- Manage brand budgets, marketing investments and financial performance, ensuring strong ROI and cost control
- Present brand strategies, business plans and performance updates to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, portfolio management, and product launches, preferrably with FMCG MNC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform consumer, market, and commercial data into clear business actions
- Commercial acumen and analytical thinking, project management and delivery excellence
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with ability to influence and collaborate across functions and markets
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Agility, proactivity, accountability, solution-oriented approach and commitment to delivering results
- Advanced MS Office skills. Experience with Nielsen Answers and SAP systems is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in Cantonese is required
