Brand Manager Biscuits - Nutella & Kinder (12-months fixed-term contract)
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Biscuit Brand Manager who will contribute to the Business Unit's success by defining detailed strategies and developing and implementing ideas for the Kinder & Nutella biscuit category.
Thanks to your analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, you will provide crucial information for defining brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin, and marketing contributions for the assigned brands. Your role includes defining volumes and sales value budgets, managing costs associated with advertising, promotion, research, and market analysis, and verifying former price lists to propose the right product mix for achieving budgeted objectives.
You will collaborate with the Region Marketing Manager on new product development strategies, lead related projects, and define media plans in coordination with the media planning team. Monitoring and controlling brand plan outputs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for commercials, and identifying material development opportunities to fit market needs will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will supervise material development activities and evaluate the progress of promotions, sponsorships, and co-marketing activities with the Region Marketing Manager and Country Trade Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will coordinate with the Legal Department to set up promotions and sponsorships contracts, align with the Sales Force and Trade Marketing unit to assess project efficiency, competitors' behavior, and point-of-sale activities. You will participate in strategic projects, regularly monitor and oversee Profit and Loss items, and track Sales/Consumer KPIs. Additionally, you will share ad hoc surveys to evaluate brand image, customer behavior, and promotional outcomes, and coordinate with the supply chain for new SKU launches and stock analysis to maintain product quality and freshness.
Thanks to your Master's degree in a relevant field, you will bring a solid educational foundation to our team. Your 2-4 years of marketing experience within the FMCG sector will enable you to navigate and contribute effectively to our dynamic environment.
You will leverage your analytical mindset to develop and implement data-driven strategies that will enhance our market position and drive growth. Your ability to interpret and analyze market trends will be essential in making informed decisions that align with our business objectives.
Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting ideas clearly, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This will ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and help in achieving our brand goals.
