About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are looking for Analysis & Planning Analyst who will be reporting to the chief of Analysis & Planning Manager within the Finance Group Planning & Controlling.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data, you will support the Group Controller in preparing the Business Update chapter for GMT meetings. This includes coordinating, consolidating, and reviewing input from various areas and functions, as well as providing analysis when needed.
You will also contribute to the development of CEO guidelines by working closely with the Group Controller, Group CFO, and CEO staff. This involves gathering and structuring input from different teams, helping to define targets for key financial indicators, and preparing related presentations.
Thanks to your collaborative mindset, you will assist Area Finance teams throughout the PS process, ensure group-level consolidation, and contribute to the analysis and presentation of budget and strategic planning scenarios. You may also be involved in ad-hoc projects focused on Group financial performance.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your academic background—ideally in Economics, Accounting, or Finance—you bring a solid foundation to this role. You have between 3 to 5 years of experience as a controller or in corporate reporting will support your ability to understand financial processes and contribute effectively to reporting and analysis.
You will rely on your ability to interpret business processes, assess potential risks or opportunities, and build relevant financial cases. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools is expected, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, to handle data and presentations efficiently.
You will work in a dynamic environment that values adaptability, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, drive for results, and fluency in English are important for the role. Knowledge of other languages may be an advantage.
