Senior Key Account Operation Executive
If you are accountable for your results, focus activities on attaining set objectives, this role can interest you! As a Sales Representative your main focus will be to achieve best point of sale volumes and placements. In order to reach the defined sales targets, you will be in charge of managing and organizing territories and clients to ensure integration with all headquarter business initiatives and Functions.
Analysis and reports
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project tracking report;
- Download, consolidate and communicate orders to Field;
- Consolidate rolling forecast / stock allocation by KA and communicate to Field;
- Update the scorecards/Joint Business Plan/ROI by KA manager;
- Collect customer stock information and provide out of stock (OOS), KPI & Distribution reports.
Sales Order and Inventory control
- Communication with customer about sales order placement;
- Download orders from customer order system;
- Inventory analysis and tracking;
- Update Master Data Management (MDM) system about store information;
- Consolidate data from Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system, including promotion application, reimbursement;
- Consolidate data from Business Planning Consolidation (BPC) system.
Customer Service Level KPI
- Review Sell out /FCST/POS/Scorecard monthly report;
- Coordinate delivery with HQ customer service department, including timing, quantity, warehouse.
Store check
- Store check to follow up promotional implementation in the stores;
- Provide reports/pictures to KA manager on activity implementation;
- Consolidate the canvass by region and communicate consistently to Field.
Support Regional Key Account team in assigned tasks
MAIN COLLABORATION WITH:
Field/Regional Manager, Category Management, Merchandisers
- College degree and above, English CET 4, proficiency in MS office;
- Customer Service, order management, logistics and supply chain experience;
- Good knowledge of Order-to-Cash management;
- Excellent Customer Service skills including interpersonal communication skills, relationship management, and teamwork skills.
