Bucharest, B, RO (Hybrid)
Permanent

At Ferrero, every supplier partnership, investment, and business initiative relies on accurate financial processes behind the scenes. We're looking for a Junior Accountant who will help ensure our financial operations run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

In this role, you'll be the link between Finance, Procurement, and our business teams, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendors are supported, and financial records remain reliable.

As our Junior Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring that every supplier transaction is accurately processed, properly documented, and fully compliant. You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance, Procurement, and the wider business to validate contracts, purchase orders, service entries, and invoices, helping to keep our processes running smoothly and our vendor relationships strong.

Throughout the month, you'll play a key role in monitoring and resolving discrepancies, reconciling vendor accounts, supporting accruals, and contributing to a successful month-end close. Your expertise will also extend beyond Accounts Payable into areas such as VAT accounting, fixed assets management, capitalization, depreciation, and the monitoring of Work-in-Progress projects. Whether supporting audit activities, preparing financial documentation, or collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, your work will contribute directly to the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.

  • We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and takes pride in getting the details right. You have between 1-3 years in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance Operations and are comfortable working in SAP FI, while knowledge of SAP Ariba would be an advantage. You understand the importance of strong financial controls and have a solid grasp of invoice processing, vendor accounting, and reconciliation activities.

Beyond your technical expertise, you're naturally analytical, confident working with Excel and large volumes of data, and enjoy solving problems in a structured way. Most importantly, you're a collaborative professional who builds strong relationships, communicates effectively with different stakeholders, and is passionate about delivering accurate, high-quality work every day.
