Global 3PO PMO & Function Integration Specialist (12-months fixed-term contract)

End to End Supply Chain
Job ID:
75611
Luxembourg, L, LU (Hybrid)
Temporary

In this fixed-term role based in Luxembourg within Industrial & Supply, you will help Third‑Party Operations (3PO) work as ONE Operations. You will connect people, data, and ways of working to enable effective interactions and timely decisions within and outside 3PO. Your mission is to shape governance and integration that create real impact to the business and organization.

Reporting to the PMO and Function Integration Manager, you will act as a trusted entry point for partners inside and outside 3PO. You will translate complex information into a simple story, support cross‑learning, and enable continuous improvement through accurate reporting and thoughtful facilitation.

You will run key governance routines and keep them sharp: you will prepare and coordinate meetings, maintain core documentation, and ensure follow‑ups turn into action. You will keep the 3PO portfolio visible and reliable by updating and analyzing key databases such as the co‑manufacturing/co‑packing (CoMan/CoPack) masterplan, third‑party manufacturing (3PM) master data, and agreed performance indicators.

Moreover, you will integrate business performance into a shared view. You will build and maintain reporting tools with dimension owners for selected key performance indicators (KPIs), and you will connect those KPIs to Operations Dashboard and other internal platforms relevant for 3PO. You will also link 3PO needs to Group transformation programs, so priorities and dependencies stay aligned.

Finally, you will strengthen how teams collaborate and learn. You will drive common ways of working across central, area, and region teams and with business partners. You will gather learning needs, co‑create training activities with P&O and other functions, and facilitate “3PO for 3PO” and “3PO for non‑3PO” moments such as connects, townhalls, and knowledge bites.

You bring around 5 years of experience in roles such as PMO, program or project management, end‑to‑end planning, or similar work in FMCG or a complex production industry, and you can apply that experience to improve governance.

You can lead or contribute to new product launches as a project manager (or similar), and you understand manufacturing, product lifecycle management, and end‑to‑end operational processes, so you can connect plans, risks, and outcomes with clarity.

You are fluent in English, spoken and written, and you can turn data into clear summaries which will enable the right discussions, outcomes and decisions using Excel and tools such as Power BI and Power Apps. You know how to create compelling stories using data and analysis in PowerPoint, work across functions and levels, and speak confidently to groups.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
