Contributor role of Supply Chain procurement (Warehouse & Distribution, Pallets): Contribute to define Supply Chain Procurement mid-term activity plan to support the Region Function, Strategy and Projects; manage spend analysis, supplier scouting, development and tender, contracting, negotiation, supplier relationship, supplier risk analysis in compliance with the Group policy, ensuring transparent and controlled purchasing activities. To perform spend analysis, category management, sourcing strategies and scouting that need to be compliant to long term sourcing strategic plans and in line with group targets to accomplish corporate profit and growth. Main focus on Sustainable Supply chain in terms of warehouse & transportation. Manage contracts of all the suppliers in the Icertis tool. Well versed with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Ariba, S4Hana 

Sourcing /Scoutingandnegotiation

  • Propose and implement for the logistics categories of his responsibility processes, approaches and methodologies to perform spend analysis (by category/supplier/geography) based on structured cost modelling, setting specific targets and KPIs (in line with global Supply Chain and Global Supply Chain Procurement strategies).
  • Ensure the development of suppliers “long list” and decision matrix for supplier selection (supplier scouting and screening).
  • Conduct fact-based negotiations and tenders according to defined, assessed category strategies.
  • Create for the logistics categories of his/her responsibility market reports containing certified financial figures, market and commodity outlook and trends, supplier portfolio management highlights.
  • Preparing detailed documentation for Long Term Contract approval 

Supplier relationship management

  • Define the level of engagement/collaboration with suppliers for the logistics categories of his responsibility based on market and benchmarking fact-based analysis, measurable KPIs in order to ensure competitive advantages, grant quality and service level and govern and minimize risks. Propose eventual corrective actions according to continuous improvement programs.
  • Lead the proposal creation of framework agreements, terms and conditions, contracts for the logistics categories of his responsibility, containing price indications and coverage, KPIs, cost structure, etc., anyway in compliance with company targets, in order to bring the highest value to the Group in collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Finance and other related functions.
  • Analyze supplier portfolio preparing for the logistics categories of his responsibility, suppliers ID cards, suppliers strategic collaboration planning, supply risk management dashboards, vendor rating on a regular base

StakeholderManagement

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within the business and ensure that the Supply Chain Procurement function is meeting their expectations, in line with business process.
  • Engagement Strategy – mapping of key stakeholders and engagement to ensure delivery of KPIs. Working closely with key internal and external contacts.

Contract & Vendor Management

  • Map out all Supplier contracts, to be updated with latest contract status
  • Ensure new required contract compliance with legal and central governance
  • Vendor mapping with annual spending
  • Vendor financial assessment

Supplier Management - Performance & Reporting

  • Quarterly/Yearly - Monitor and reporting of KPI performance (top 10 Suppliers) - in order to guarantee the reliability of supply in terms of quality, delivery time and volumes.
  • Monthly monitoring of Actual cost vs Budget/SAF
  • KPIs Reporting
