The RDM position at the Louisville Bakery will focus on Process and Electrical Engineering aspects. This position will support the Electrical group within the facility and work directly with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to scope and implement projects.

The RDM role will work daily with Maintenance and Operations to align on plant needs, then build a sustainable project to improve those needs. The role will maintain a 3–5-year plan to ensure continued growth for the facility.

• Project Management

• Electrical Obsolescence

• Communication with outside Vendors

• SAP CAPEX creation support

• Project Scope Meetings and daily communication with multiple departments

• P&ID creation in CAD

• Daily support of the Electrical group within the facility

• Project Management Experience – scope to completion

• SAP Experience Focused on CAPEX

• Presentation and Communication Skills

• Electrical Background Preferred

• CAD Experience

• Blueprint and Electrical Diagram Experience
