The Technical Documentation & Standards Intern supports our Engineering team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the development and management of technical specifications, functional standards, and testing methods in an engineering and manufacturing environment. The role is suited to individuals with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an interest in technical documentation, standardization, and engineering processes.

  • Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of engineering and technical documentation
  • Understand how technical standards and specifications are defined, validated, and documented
  • Assist in documenting technical specifications, process standards, and testing methods
  • Get exposure to real product development and engineering workflows
  • Contribute to standardization initiatives across engineering projects
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency
  • Support continuous improvement of documentation practices and knowledge‑sharing tools
  • Availabilty for the internship for 10 weeks (full-time): from 01 June to 07 August 2026 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, knowledge of materials and industrial processes
  • Technically driven mindset, experience with testing, measuring, injection, molding is a plus
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and analytical approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organisational levels
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage
  • English proficiency; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong plus
