Joining Ferrero on a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Supply Management Analyst, you will define, standardize, and improve material planning processes across the organization, boosting process automation and digitalization. This role ensures best practices, system optimization and alignment across geographies to enable efficient and reliable material planning.

In this role, you will join a global environment where you can improve the way material planning is designed and used across sites and regions. You will work close to supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and digital teams, turning business needs into practical solutions that help teams simplify decisions, grow their capabilities, and craft better planning every day.

You will define and improve material planning processes so they are clear, consistent, and easy to apply across Ferrero. You will help shape common standards, support planning transformation, and make sure each improvement serves a real business purpose: stronger material availability, better stock control, and smoother execution across the supply chain. You will also drive automation and digitalization of processes to simplify operations and improve planning efficiency.

Moreover, you will guide how planning tools support the business. You will translate operational needs into system improvements, support new features in platforms such as SAP, and help teams use these tools in a simpler, smarter way. Through your work, you will enable better decisions based on accurate data and reliable planning logic.

Finally, you will bring people together around shared ways of working. You will support governance, create useful documentation, and help resolve complex planning topics with good judgment. You will also develop learning materials, coach local teams, and inspire knowledge sharing so that best practices can grow across countries, functions, and plants.

You bring a master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in material management or supply and production planning. You know how material planning works in practice, and you can connect process thinking with business needs.

You can work confidently with planning systems, especially SAP, and you understand end-to-end supply chain flows. Experience with Kinaxis, Power BI, advanced Excel, project delivery, or digital transformation will help you create value quickly and support meaningful change.

You are comfortable working across functions and cultures, and you know how to explain complex topics in a simple, useful way. You use data to guide decisions, learn from challenges, and take ownership of your mission with care, structure, and strong professional judgment.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
