You will define and lead the Brand Strategy FMCG agenda for Kinder Eggs and Kinder Seasonal, ensuring strong alignment with global priorities while delivering meaningful local impact. Acting as a true brand owner, close collaboration with key stakeholders across Marketing, Trade, Sales, Supply Chain, and Group teams will be essential to drive clarity, alignment, and results within a complex international brand management matrix.
Through your leadership, end-to-end brand management will be delivered by a talented team, covering ATL BTL marketing, portfolio and P&L management, volume planning, and market analytics. Strategic guidance, robust validation, and a strong performance mindset will ensure excellence across communication development, demand planning, and continuous growth initiatives. Leveraging Nielsen analytics, IRI analytics, and Homescan data will be a critical part of turning insights into action, while familiarity with SAP marketing tools will help streamline execution.

You are a seasoned Senior Brand Manager FMCG with 8–10 years of experience in consumer goods marketing, ideally in a fast-moving, high-performance environment. A natural leader, you thrive when developing others and bring proven marketing leadership FMCG experience, successfully driving initiatives through your team. Your background includes hands-on ownership of local communication development across TV, digital, and point of sale, paired with strong analytical capabilities and advanced MS Office skills.
