SC Dynamic Network Design

We are looking for a Modelling passionate to join our team as a Supply Chain Dynamic Network Design, with a strong focus on optimizing cost, service, resilience, sustainability, and operational efficiency across the end-to-end supply chain.  

You will lead strategic network studies and scenario modeling to support business growth and supply chain transformation. Working cross-functionally to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that improve supply chain performance and deliver measurable business value. 

You will build and maintain digital models that show how our supply chain network works today and how it could evolve tomorrow. Through clear scenario modelling, you will assess cost, service, risk, sustainability and implementation needs, helping the business choose practical options that support growth and operational performance. 

Moreover, you will turn complex data into recommendations that teams can understand and use. You will work with Logistics, IT, Procurement, Finance, Planning and Customer Service to improve data quality, automate model updates and build reliable methods for network design activities. 

You will also guide strategic studies and lead cross-functional alignment on key transformation topics. As the expert for supply chain network design and optimization, you will support senior decisions with structured analysis, transparent assumptions and recommendations that help Ferrero craft a more resilient and efficient network. 

You bring a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field, together with around 8-15 yearsof experience. You have an extend experience in network design. 

You can manage complex optimization or transformation projects in global or multi-country environments, and you know how to turn data into clear business choices. 

You have strong modelling skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with tools such as Coupa, Supply Chain Guru, Power BI, Tableau or SAP.
