Quality (Finished Product) Inspector
Ferrero is seeking a dedicated Quality (Finished Product) Inspector to join the Kinder Surprises Quality Team in Vietnam. This role is responsible for ensuring that finished products meet Ferrero’s high standards for quality and safety. The Quality Inspector will audit, inspect, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain product excellence.The working locations of the role will include Bac Ninh (Yen Phong, Hiep Hoa, Bac Giang old), Ninh Binh (Duy Tien, Old Ha Nam), Hung Yen (old Thai Binh city) with the working arrangement of 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Conduct on-site inspections of finished products (toys and materials) at various factories, ensuring checks in compliance with Ferrero standards
- Perform final inspections and related testing, including lab tests, to guarantee product quality
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers and team members to resolve quality issues
- Carry out continuous audits of production processes and control points
- Monitor hygiene, appearance, and aesthetic condition of finished goods
- Adjust inspection schedules based on factory communications and production needs
- Prepare regular detailed reports
- Relevant experience of 3+ years in plastics inspection (toys, consumer products, home appliances, etc.)
- Strong product audit mindset with a focus on quality
- Experience in food safety grade production environments is highly preferred
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel frequently between factory locations
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to long-term employment and continuous improvement
- Good English language skills; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is preferred
