The Local Procurement  Specialist is in charge of leading the sourcing activities for the Country for all Categories in close collaboration with the Region Procurement Manager


•    Perform local communication on new contracts
•    Lead and execute sourcing activities for all the Procurement categories according to the Group guidelines.
•    Analyze and monitor market trends, suppliers' concentrations and possible Innovation 
•    Identify Sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies 
•    Lead negotiations with the Suppliers in order to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in term of TCO (total cost of ownership), service and quality (SLA/KPI)
•    Define Supplier Segmentation Model and Framework to define relationship type to set-up with key suppliers
•    Build and maintain supplier relationships that generate value for both Ferrero and the suppliers over time•    Manage overall performance of administration activities, ensuring service level and process and policy compliance
•    Manage emerging issues, identify area of improvements, validate process and IT system enhancements
•    Create & approve Purchase Order Documents according to defined Way-of-Working and PO thresholds
•    Support Local Admin specialist in case of mismatches between orders and invoices and approve PO documents
 

•    Degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Science or similar) requested
•    A least 2-6 years of experience working in procurement
•    Successful track record and development potential
•    Working experience in a cross-cultural environment in a matrix organization preferable
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•    Previous experience with SAP / SAP Ariba is a plus
•    Hebrew & advanced proficiency in English
•    Mastering procurement techniques: negotiating skills, RFI, RFQ, budgeting, market analysis, risk  management, price management
•    Knowledge of Indirect categories 
•    Analytical mindset and strong reporting skills;
•    Ethical and strong personal values
•    Enthusiasm, passion and commitment to excellence with a result-oriented approach
