We have a current opening for a Plant PMO and are actively reviewing applications.

The Plant PMO supports the Plant Manager in coordinating plant governance, strategic planning, and cross-functional initiatives across the manufacturing organization. The role ensures alignment between plant departments, central functions, and business units while supporting the development and execution of the Plant Master Plan.

This role is responsible for coordinating plant governance processes, managing cross-functional projects, supporting budget planning and monitoring, and facilitating collaboration between departments to ensure the effective execution of operational priorities.

The position also promotes structured project management methodologies, oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives, and ensures the plant’s compliance with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements.

  • Support the Plant Manager in driving plant governance, strategic alignment, and cross‑functional coordination
  • Develop, maintain, and track the Plant Master Plan, ensuring alignment with regional and central priorities
  • Lead local budget planning and coordinate monthly SQCDME reviews
  • Act as the primary liaison between the plant, Business Units (incl. Marketing), and Operations Development
  • Lead major cross‑functional initiatives as Project Manager, establishing governance, tracking risks, and ensuring delivery
  • Coordinate governance, risk, compliance (GRC), and change management activities
  • Prepare and coordinate leadership communications, presentations, town halls, headquarters visits, and investment documentation

Safety, Quality & Environment

  • Ensure all activities comply with Ferrero Health & Safety, GMP, food safety, environmental, and energy management standards
  • Promote strong safety, quality, and environmental cultures across governance and project activities
  • Support compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 requirements

•    5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, project management, or plant coordination roles
•    Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment
•    Experience working with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
•    Strong project management and organizational skills
•    Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Strong analytical and planning capabilities
•    Experience with budget planning and monitoring processes
•    Knowledge of manufacturing operations and plant governance structures
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•    Familiarity with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
•    Strong presentation and documentation skills
•    Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

The base salary range for this position is $93,000 - $115,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
