Are you passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and supporting teams that bring brands to life every day? Join our People & Organization team and play a key role in shaping the experience of our Field Sales Force.

In this role, you will help deliver high-quality P&O services to our sales teams, working closely with external agency representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and engaging employee journey across the entire lifecycle.

As a trusted partner to the business in your assigned region, you will support the implementation of people initiatives, address day-to-day workforce needs, and contribute to building an environment where our sales teams feel supported, connected, and empowered to perform at their best.

  • Act as the first point of contact for Field Sales employees, providing day-to-day guidance and support on people-related topics, inquiries, and processes.

  • Partner with supervisors to ensure leadership practices are aligned with our leadership model, providing coaching and guidance when needed.

  • Support recruitment processes interviewing and following up on hiring activities with relevant stakeholders.

  • Manage employee relations topics, including disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes, ensuring fairness and compliance with internal standards.

  • Escalate complex people matters when necessary and collaborate with relevant functions to ensure proper resolution.

  • Coordinate and monitor engagement action plans for the region, helping strengthen team connection and motivation within the salesforce.

  • Conduct periodic improvement reviews with external agency representatives to ensure alignment with people standards and expectations.

  • Collaborate with COEs to support key people processes such as training, onboarding, and development initiatives.

  • Co-manage operational aspects that support the employee experience, including facilities, fleet, uniforms, events, and celebrations in partnership with other COEs.

  • Promote and reinforce safety culture and procedures in collaboration with Health & Safety teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of core employee lifecycle processes
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PPT required.
