In this role, you will support the NAM Area Media Procurement & Governance Manager in monitoring the correct implementation of Ferrero Media Procurement & Governance strategy, processes and policies in North America (US and Canada).

Partnering with the Group Media Procurement & Governance team, and the Local media managers, you will contribute to ensure that media investments, media campaigns, and the cooperation with the media agencies are managed in line with Ferrero's governance framework, contractual commitments and business objectives.

Through governance oversight, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination, you will help maximize the value of media investments, support compliance with Group standards, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of media operations across Ferrero Group Portfolio in NAM.

In this role, you will support the implementation of Ferrero’s Media Procurement & Governance strategy and governance standards across NAM, helping to ensure that media investments are managed in line with Group priorities, media governance standards, and contractual commitments. Working closely with Local Media Managers, media agencies, and the Group Media Procurement and Governance team, you will review media plans for compliance with contractual commitments and governance requirements, and identify potential risks, opportunities, or deviations requiring escalation and managerial oversight. Through accurate analysis and reporting, you will play a key role in maintaining transparency, supporting informed decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across media operations.

You will also contribute to the successful management of agency relationships by monitoring service delivery and contractual commitments, consolidating the local agency's performance evaluations, and helping to drive remediation actions when required. In addition, you will support governance-related initiatives, including the inputs harmonization required for the assessment of the media agencies buying performance, financial audits, media joint purchase agreements, and exception-based media selection processes, ensuring compliance with Ferrero media policies and ways of working.

Through your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and collaborative approach, you will help strengthen governance practices, support operational excellence, and contribute to the effective execution of Ferrero’s media procurement activities across the Area.

You bring an educational background in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, together with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Media, Marketing, Procurement, or a similar business environment. Through your experience, you have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are comfortable working with data, calculations, budgets, performance reporting, and presentations to support informed business decisions.

You are a collaborative team player and an effective communicator who can build trusted relationships across functions and work confidently with a variety of stakeholders. Well-organized and detailed oriented, you can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong focus on delivering results.

You enjoy working with numbers and have a natural curiosity for understanding how investments, costs, and contractual commitments translate into media and business outcomes. You bring a structured mindset, sound judgement, and a high level of integrity, handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

In addition, you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and communicate fluently in both written and spoken English. Most importantly, you are curious, agile, and eager to learn. Your positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and ability to integrate effectively within an international and multicultural organization will enable you to succeed in this role.

If you are looking for an opportunity to combine analytical thinking, operational excellence, and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic international environment, we look forward to hearing from you.
