Health & Safety Specialist - Alba Plant
For our Plant in Alba we are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist. By covering this role, you will ensure the effective implementation of Health & Safety standards within the Production Unit, acting as a key point of reference for all topics related to occupational safety, accident prevention and human-centered work design. You will support the translation of legal and internal requirements into practical shopfloor actions, working closely with different stakeholders to guarantee compliance and continuous improvement across all H&S processes, including activities involving third parties.
As Health & Safety Specialist, part of your responsibilities will be to identify, assess and reduce Health & Safety risks, ensuring that all legal and internal standards and procedures are correctly implemented and followed on the shopfloor and by contractors.
You will perform and update risk assessments together with the Production Unit team, support audits and follow-up. You will contribute to incident investigations, root cause analysis and the definition of preventive and corrective actions, while overseeing H&S KPIs monitoring, ensuring proper use of internal tools and follow-up of defined action plans. You will also support the implementation of the emergency organization in alignment with the plant emergency plan, contribute to H&S initiatives and prepare work instructions in line with internal standards.
In addition, you will plan, coordinate and deliver H&S training activities, fostering a strong safety culture through regular shopfloor interactions and engagement initiatives. You will coach managers to take ownership of safety responsibilities and promote awareness through continuous presence and dedicated campaigns.
You will bring you Master’s Degree in Engineering or Prevention Techniques in Health and Safety, and your solid knowledge of applicable legislation and safety regulations. You are qualified as ASPP or RSPP, and a certification as trainer or auditor will be considered a plus.
You have developed competencies in machinery-related risks and preferably gained experience in a company environment.
You demonstrate proactivity, curiosity, strong communication skills and versatility, allowing you to interact effectively across different stakeholders including production teams, H&S teams, maintenance and People & Organization. You are comfortable working both at an operational level and in people management contexts, contributing to a culture of safety ownership and continuous improvement.
As a good communicator, you are fluent in Italian and English.

The role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €36.910. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
