Hazelnut Company B2B Logistic & Demand Specialist

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for a B2B Logistic & Demand Specialist to supportthe HCo B2B division related to Demand Planning and Logistic activities between B2B Customers, Central HCo Divisions and the Production Countries.

In this position, you will be the focal point of any activity involving B2B Business Unit with an effective and efficient way of working with all the related Central & Local functions in HCo through the Stock and Demand/Capacity Management to support HCo B2B operational activities and contribute to give Value to the Business Unit as party of the Ferrero Hazelnut Company.

As Logistic & Demand B2B referent, you will be responsible for the management of customer demand plans according to the agreed conditions by B2B Commercial referent.

You will support with data analysis and elaboration of the Demand of the customers through HCo B2B IT Systems connected to the Central HCo Planning tool and collaborate with the B2B reporting function toharmonize all the information.

Moreover, you will be the contact point of the B2B team and customers together with the Central HCo B2B I&S eferent to check the stock allocated to B2B and capacity usage of the plants according to B2B customers and Ferrero, to assure the best execution of demand plans and B2B needs.

Finally, as Logistic referent, you will be the contact entry point for B2B Team, Local  I&S, Central I&S and B2B customers for all activities related to logistics management (sales orders, samples, returns, packaging needs, delivery tracking, etc).

You will bring your educational background in Economics, Engineering or related field with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. 

Time management, multi-tasking approach with a strong attention to detail and accuracy will be required in your daily activity.

Moreover, you are demonstrating problem solving and strong communication skills.

Being a fast learner, you are motivated to proactively contribute to a result-oriented team.

You will bring your knowledge in Excel and SAP and your fluency in English.
