In this dynamic and technically focused role, you will report directly to the Graphic Chain Manager.

Your primary mission is to ensure graphic quality standardization and cost reduction across all global regions. You will serve as a vital link in our global operations, responsible for managing new companies and acquisitions into the Graphic Chain (GC) workflow and providing essential advisory services on printing technologies to both internal and external stakeholders.

Whether you are introducing the GC flow to new geographies or supporting the Print Data Management team, your work will directly impact the visual excellence and operational efficiency of our global brands.  

Your daily journey will involve coordinating the artwork and repro process in strict accordance with central Graphic Chain guidelines. You will take a hands-on approach to quality by performing final technical checks on print files before they are dispatched to packaging printers, attending press approvals, and conducting print trials at supplier plants.  

Collaboration is at the heart of what you do, you will participate in pre-artwork committees and meetings alongside Marketing, repro agencies, and design agencies to solve technical printing problems and process quality claims. 

Furthermore, you will be the guardian of our brand standards, training packaging suppliers on our Color Glossary and Color Book Guide to ensure constant printability. 

From a financial and administrative perspective, you will manage agency portfolios, approve monthly agency costs based on established price grids. 

You will also act as a supportive pillar for global and regional projects and collaborate with the wider team, training new resources and assisting other GC teams during peak seasons or major brand launches.  

Finally, you will ensure that all program requirements regarding quality and food safety are practiced and maintained in every project you touch. 

We are looking for a professional with a background in printing technology and 8 to 15 years of experience, ideally within the packaging industry. You should hold a postsecondary or university degree and ideally be a certified technician in printing technology or a print media operator.  

Your technical toolkit must include a deep knowledge of offset, rotogravure, flexo, and digital printing, as well as an understanding of finishing processes and packaging machinery.

Proficiency in SAP and the Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is essential, alongside a strong command of Microsoft Office programs. 

You are a skilled project manager who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with people from all levels and departments. 

Your understanding of production models and information systems will allow you to navigate complex organizational networks with ease.
