The Ferrero Finance Direction is currently seeking a talented candidate to join our Customer and Collection Accounting team, within the broader Account Receivables function. This role plays a vital part in managing the daily operations related to customer accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes for "Ferrero Commerciale Italia".

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing key activities such as customer account reconciliations, clearing of transitory accounts, and monitoring customer credit. A core aspect of the role involves tracking incoming payments - whether by cash, check, or online transfer - and ensuring timely and accurate clearing of customer transactions.

The position also requires a solid understanding of VAT regulations, particularly in relation to the processing of tax invoices and credit notes, which may vary depending on specific cases. Analyzing customer account statements and coordinating any necessary refunds in collaboration with the sales team will also be part of the daily responsibilities, along with other operational tasks that may arise based on business needs.

We are looking for someone with a degree in Business Management, who brings a dynamic and proactive approach to their work.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments and demonstrates strong analytical thinking.

Proficiency in MS Office tools - especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - is essential, as is experience with SAP.

Fluency in English is also required, given the international scope of our operations.
