As a Converters Buyer based in Luxembourg, you will help secure the packaging that protects our products and keeps quality consistent. Your decisions will shape supply, cost, and reliability, enabling teams to deliver the same joyful experience to consumers every day.

You will translate category direction into clear sourcing choices, balancing price, quality, and delivery with care, while building trusted partnerships that ensure continuity of supply.

By covering this role, you will turn category strategy into concrete sourcing plans, while steering key projects from early needs to final delivery. By analyzing demand, spend and market signals, you will guide budgeting and medium‑term planning, and you will help keep choices aligned with business priorities and packaging quality.

Moreover, you will lead supplier negotiations in line with internal rules and the Ferrero Code of Business Conduct, and you will compare offers to select the best alternative for our needs. You will keep supplier competition healthy, manage purchase orders and price lists in SAP, and support claims and timely payments.

Finally, you will strengthen supplier relationships so you can anticipate risks, resolve issues, and protect supply. You will scout the market, run request‑for‑proposal processes and onboard new partners when it supports the plan. You will track service, quality and sustainability indicators, and you will maintain contracts and repositories with discipline.

You will bring your educational background in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field with around 3 years of procurement experience. You have worked with supplier negotiations and contract frameworks, and you can connect your work to business outcomes.

Additionally, you can interpret data, build clear comparisons, and act on what you learn. You communicate in a simple, direct way, and you handle priorities when situations change. You are comfortable working with different teams, and you resolve disagreements with respect and clarity.

Your English is fluent, and you use Microsoft Office confidently, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to explain your story and recommendations. You have experience working with an ERP system, and you can keep master data and price conditions accurate and up to date.

Join us and help write the story behind how our products are protected and delivered.
