You will join us at our HQ in Luxembourg for a one‑year fixed‑term role where you will shape the Flavours, Colours & Fruits category with clarity and purpose.

Additionally, you will turn market insight into impact, build mid‑term plans, strengthen supplier partnerships, and help our Procurement team shape sustainable choices. You will support Group strategy, lead cross‑functional work, and ensure availability and quality for ingredients that define Ferrero’s craft.

By covering this position, you will turn complex markets into clear, confident decisions that protect quality and supply while creating space for innovation. You will analyze global markets to anticipate shifts, translate insights into timing and sourcing actions, and guide the full procurement cycle with discipline and care.

Moreover, you will define budgets and mid‑term plans, negotiate agreements that meet Ferrero’s standards, and craft contracts that balance total cost, quality, service, and compliance. You will also maintain strong supplier relationships, compare their performance against internal and external benchmarks, and address any critical situations with timely corrective actions.

You will track risks linked to volatility or mono‑sourcing and implement plans that secure availability while supporting Ferrero’s sustainability mission. Your mission will be to coordinate cross‑functional teams to scout new materials, develop alternative sources, publish market and spend reports, and strengthen the knowledge base that helps the whole function grow.
Last but not least, you will ensure people management aligned with Group values while securing clear communication cascaded through line managers.

You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent with 6–8 years of experience in Procurement and solid expertise in Category Management.
You have worked in central or local procurement environments and spent at least two years in Direct Procurement.

You can communicate clearly, negotiate with purpose, analyze complex data, manage projects, guide teams, and handle uncertainty with composure.

Finally, you are fluent in English and comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP ECC and Ariba, and you understand competition regulations, financial reports and the fundamentals of raw‑material sourcing.

Your decisions will shape how key ingredients reach our products. If this story feels like yours, we’d be glad to hear from you!
