The role is responsible for achieving volume and value targets for the General Trade / Traditional Trade channel by leading commercial strategy, execution, and performance with a national distributor. It focuses on channel growth through business analysis, opportunity identification, and execution excellence across all regions.

  • Lead Joint Business Planning with the distributor and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to cascade and monitor execution
  • Work with cross-functional teams on channel and category initiatives
  • Champion distribution expansion by identifying new numeric distribution opportunities, filling assortment gaps, and ensuring availability of priority SKUs in targeted territories
  • Drive in-store visibility improvements, with emphasis on deploying and maximizing the visicooler program in General Trade
  • Support distributor sales teams in executing promotional programs and uphold in-store execution standards through the My Perfect Store framework
  • Develop channel planning and implement strategic goals for business growth
  • Define distribution targets per SKU, display standards, and POS materials for the assigned channel
  • Propose sales budgets and monitor achievement, revising targets as necessary
  • Lead customer and channel-specific plans to generate faster off-take and achieve sales objectives
  • Analyze customer performance and define future business opportunities
  • Develop sales arguments with Trade Marketing to support distributor teams
  • Manage trade spend within guidelines, approve distributor claims, and ensure ROI
  • Monitor execution of distribution, display, and activation targets; coordinate with distributor teams for local execution
  • Evaluate proposals from distributor teams to ensure alignment with channel and category strategy
  • Review and resolve SOA issues with distributors
  • University degree in Business or related field
  • Relevant experience and deep market knowledge across Traditional Trade, with solid understanding of distributor management, impulse products, channel planning, and commercial processes
  • Experience managing chillers in frozen, chilled, or ice cream categories is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical, account management, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proactive and dynamic approach, accountability, and results orientation
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
