We have a current opening for a Associate Brand Manager, Tic Tac and are actively reviewing applications.

The Associate Brand Manager for Tic Tac will provide in-depth market and brand analysis to inform Tic Tac’s brand strategy within a fast-moving consumer packaged goods category. They are an organized self-starter who possess solid project management skills from planning stage to execution and final assessment to achieve brand objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience and be comfortable with inter-departmental engagement with Trade Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain along with outside partner agencies to assist in the planning and execution of new initiatives.

This position is hybrid and will be based out of our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ.

  • Monitor brand business performance and provide routine performance updates for Brand Team and Sr. Leadership
  • Track holistic brand initiatives with defined and set KPIs
  • Understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative research for business purposes
  • Maintain pulse on the competitive environment to assess impact on business
  • Prepares and create engaging, meaningful and persuasive presentations
  • Partner with cross functional team to deliver assets required for item sell-in, setup and in-market support (i.e. packaging artwork, selling story, product imagery, eCommerce content, etc.)
  • Maintain the product price list and develop nonseasonal and seasonal product spec sheets for sales teams and customers
  • Support development of organic brand presence and manage to cultivate loyalists and community  
  • Liaise with finance and procurement to manage brand advertising and promotions budget, to accurately maintain brand’s marketing contribution
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business; Master’s degree in business preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision-making
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
  • Team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience working with consumer data; i.e. IRI, ACNielsen

The base compensation range for this position is $88,000.00 - $118,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
