We are looking for a Workplace Management Specialist to join our dynamic and international team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate Workplace Management activities across our East Black Sea Region Plants, acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on workplace-related matters and supporting the implementation of Group policies and initiatives at the local level.

  • Manage and oversee workplace services, including shuttle transportation, fleet operations, canteen services, cleaning services, and other facility-related activities, ensuring effective supplier performance and service quality.
  • Create purchase requests, review and validate invoices, maintain accurate system records, process invoice entries, and monitor budget performance against planned expenditures.
  • Execute day-to-day workplace management activities in line with company policies, procedures, and service standards while fostering strong relationships with external vendors.
  • Identify and drive supplier development opportunities, promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of workplace management projects and Group guidelines within the factory environment, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Preferably minimum of 2 years of experience in workplace management, facility management, administration, or similar roles, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of workplace management practices, supplier management, and industrial relations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in SAP and relevant system applications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with strong Turkish and working proficiency in English
