Strategy & Innovation Program Manager

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Strategy & Innovation Program Manager to join our Strategy & Innovation (S&I) team, reporting to the S&I Planning & Development Manager.  
 
By covering this role, you will be responsible for the innovation pipeline in alignment with Group criteria and responsible for building and maintaining the Capex Plan for the S&I Function, in accordance with Capex Steering Committee directives.  
Additionally, you will coordinate key strategic projects and programs to ensure alignment with the Group’s overarching strategic vision.

In this position, you will be responsible for mapping and maintaining the innovation pipeline across its different stages (pre-aim, aim, commit), in line with Group standards. 
Also, you will manage the Capex Plan for the S&I Function while analyzing innovation opportunities by category and region, tracking industrialization strategies and supporting portfolio balance based on innovation KPIs and prioritization models. 
 
Moreover, your mission will involve overseeing strategic projects in areas such as Nutrition and contributing to building the long-term plan, ensuring alignment with the Group’s broader vision. 
You will manage the master plan for S&I Planning & Development activities, provide evaluations and recommendations to senior leadership, and monitor progress to support decision-making.  
You may also represent the S&I Business Planning and Development Manager in meetings when required. 
 
Last but not least, you will support the S&I Business Planning and Development team by contributing to the preparation of documents to be shared at Group Level. You will help to ensure that planning materials are clear, structured, and aligned with strategic objectives. 

You will bring your educational background in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Management along with 10-12 years of experience in the FMCG industry or Consulting, combined with a solid foundation in program and project management.  

You have a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives in complex environments, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and that enable sound, data driven decisions, emotional intelligence, and maturity in critical situations. Your structured and collaborative approach allows you to work effectively across functions and to influence senior stakeholders at local and Group level. 

You are fluent in English, with clear and impactful communication and presentation skills, and you demonstrate credibility, professionalism, and confidentiality. Self-motivated, pragmatic, and solution driven, you work autonomously while managing multiple priorities, showing flexibility, commitment, and resilience in dynamic contexts.  

You demonstrate strong standing and credibility, supported by professionalism, discretion, and a high sense of discretion.
