Join Our Team as a Sales Supervisor in Traditional Trade Channel at Ferrero Romania!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with one of the world's most beloved brands? As a Sales Supervisor in the Traditional Trade Channel at Ferrero Romania, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic Sales team, ensuring product visibility and distribution in the market.

The coverage area will be the following counties: Timis, Caras-Severin, Hunedoara, Arad

In this role, you'll be the guardian of Ferrero standards in your coverage area. Your mission? To monitor distribution and ensure our products and POSMs (Point of Sale Materials) are visible and attractive, especially in the Traditional Trade and Out of Home channels. You'll be the driving force behind the C4C program, tackling any challenges with a proactive approach.

Commercial activity

Imagine starting your day by following an established route, collecting vital information on product availability, visibility, prices, and freshness. As you move from store to store, you keep a keen eye on competitor activities, placements, promotions, and strategies. Your role is crucial in fostering strong business relationships with distributors and key locations, ensuring flawless implementation and execution.

You ensure Ferrero products are prominently displayed on shelves and cash registers, maintaining stock and freshness. With a strategic mindset, you propose and implement new placements for POSMs, enhancing their visibility in stores. When you notice products are out of stock, you influence store orders and suggest new assortments to boost sales. Your day involves presenting and proposing Ferrero products to potential customers, accelerating the resolution of any issues to maximize satisfaction.

Achieving agreed sales targets is a key part of your role, and you ensure the implementation of Ferrero's merchandising standards. Collaboration is essential, and you work closely with distributors' sales representatives to identify and overcome obstacles to the sales plan, active client goals, and promotional activities. Ultimately, you take responsibility for achieving sales goals, active client engagement, and drop size.

Relationship with direct customers and distributors' customers

As you navigate your predetermined route, you become well-acquainted with the stores, the decision-makers, and the individuals responsible for Ferrero products. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships with clients is at the heart of what you do. You ensure that the relationships between clients and suppliers remain strong and mutually beneficial.

Reports and Presentations

In your role, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed sales reports in line with the instructions received, whether on a weekly or monthly basis. After each visit to the distributor or market, you'll diligently fill in and send a comprehensive meeting report to your direct supervisor. You'll also handle any other reports related to coverage as requested by your supervisor. Promptly reporting any product or customer issues will be crucial to ensure swift resolution. Additionally, you'll keep an eye on competitors' activities and make reports on their actions when appropriate.

To excel in this role, you'll need 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar position within an FMCG company, preferably in the Traditional Trade channel. Your command of English, both written and spoken, should be strong, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Your strong sales and negotiation skills, coupled with team spirit, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, will be essential. You'll need to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines effectively. Being results-oriented, adaptable, and possessing good networking skills are key attributes for success in this role.

Additionally, you'll need to be available to travel approximately 70% of the time and hold a valid driving license.
