At Ferrero, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative Modern Trade to join our Field Sales team in the Zona Norte, covering La Rioja, Álava, Burgos and Soria. As part of one of the world's most iconic Consumer Goods companies, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our commercial strategies across supermarkets and hypermarkets within your territory. Working from Logroño, you will manage a designated route and become a trusted partner for your customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining valuable exposure to Trade Marketing, Retail Sales and Field Sales best practices. You will visit customers and points of sale across the assigned territory, ensuring the highest standards of Point of Sale Execution and commercial excellence. A key part of the role will involve negotiating visibility opportunities, improving product placement and securing the best possible presence for Ferrero brands in stores.

Success in this position will require you to monitor stock levels, prevent out-of-stock situations and guarantee the availability of key products throughout the year, including promotional periods. Furthermore, you will ensure that all centrally negotiated agreements are properly executed at store level while identifying additional opportunities to grow the business.

Analysis will also be an important part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Through Sell-Out Analysis and performance monitoring, you will transform insights into clear action plans that drive results. Alongside these activities, you will work closely with customers to support commercial development, strengthen partnerships and maximize the impact of Ferrero's initiatives across your route.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with proven experience in FMCG Sales, Retail Sales or the Modern Trade channel. You are commercially minded, passionate about delivering results and comfortable building long-term relationships with customers. A strong understanding of supermarkets, hypermarkets and commercial account management will help you succeed in this role.

An analytical mindset is essential, as you will be expected to interpret business data and translate it into effective commercial actions. At the same time, strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to execution will allow you to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Advanced Excel skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Trade Marketing or retail execution tools will be highly valued. Experience using data-driven insights to improve performance will be considered a strong advantage.
