As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through the planning, direction and management of the sales field personnel and Key Account Managers within Kuwait, and through interacting with customers and prospects. You will also be responsible to coordinate negotiations and to develop sales strategies and objectives effectively for Kuwait, which shall produce maximum market penetration and improve short- and long-term goals.

Sales Strategy:

You will assess market positions, analyze competitive dynamics, and recommend product and commercial initiatives required to achieve country sales objectives, in alignment with Ferrero Group goals. You will support the Country Manager in developing & proposing annual operational sales plan for Kuwait and contribute to the medium-term sales strategy.

PS & Budget Management:

You will be responsible for properly managing budget in line with business objectives. Including proposing country sales volume budget, managing sales, marketing & sales overhead costs, forecasting sales volumes by country, channel, and customer, and supporting gross‑to‑net forecasting in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Sales Development:

You will coordinate and drive the execution of Kuwait’s sales plan, to achieve sales volume and growth targets, while continuously monitor Kuwait’s market dynamics to identify opportunities for increasing market penetration and improving commercial performance. In alignment with the Marketing team, you will ensure Ferrero brands are introduced in line with company policies to maximize profitability.

Perfect Store Execution and Negotiation:

You will be fully responsible to ensure the optimal product exposure, in quantitative and qualitative terms, in the Point of Sales of the assigned area. You will also maintain proper negotiation management and coordinate internal and external selling tools to deliver strong and compelling selling stores.

Field & Customer Coordination:

You will manage sales channels by clearly communicating sales objectives and suggesting channels’ approaching aligned with the business objectives and ensuring effective customer management processes to capture insights into activities, contracts, and negotiations. You will also align with the Country Manager to oversee field force and customer coordination by proposing the optimal sales organization structure, including headcount, roles, and territorial coverage.

Relationship Management:

You will provide regular and structured updates to top management on country sales performance, market developments, and sales plans. You will maintain strong market proximity to ensure deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, while actively engaging with key customers and new prospects to create added value.

Human Resources/Team Management:

You share responsibility with HR to lead people and team management activities by managing, coaching, and developing the sales team in line with Group values. This includes driving motivation, performance, capability building, and empowerment, recruiting and developing talent, conducting performance evaluations, and partnering with HR to support professional development initiatives across the sales organization.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a similar field and have a minimum of 10 years' sales experience.

Relevant Market Knowledge and attention to detail are essential. As well as demonstrating business acumen with decision-making capability. You must be skilled in teamwork, have a collaborative problem-solving mindset, and have excellent leadership abilities.
