London, ENG, GB (Hybrid)
Temporary

We are looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Manager to join Ferrero on a 12-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in supporting sustainable and profitable growth across the business.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing and Commercial Planning, you will combine commercial expertise with data and business intelligence to influence strategic decision-making, optimise investment and identify opportunities to improve customer, channel and product performance.

This is a highly collaborative role with exposure across the commercial organisation. You will help shape our approach to pricing, trade investment, product and customer mix, and commercial performance, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

As a trusted business partner, you will bring both challenge and insight to commercial decisions, helping the business understand not only what is happening, but why – and where the greatest opportunities for profitable growth exist.

As Revenue Growth & BI Manager, you will lead analysis of pricing and commercial performance across key customers and channels, ensuring pricing recommendations, discount structures and commercial proposals support both revenue and profitability objectives. You will provide clear visibility of trade margin performance and contribute to the ongoing development of the UK profit pool, helping identify opportunities to strengthen sustainable growth.

You will evaluate trade investment and promotional effectiveness, using data and insight to assess return on investment and identify opportunities to optimise commercial spend. Working closely with Sales, Finance and Category teams, you will provide constructive challenge and recommendations that support stronger commercial decision-making and maximise value creation.

The role will also monitor customer commercial returns and support the management of customer agreements and trade terms, alongside contributing to best-practice Joint Business Planning. You will provide robust and independent analysis of major seasonal activity and significant commercial investment decisions, ensuring performance and learnings are clearly understood.

Working cross-functionally, you will analyse customer and product mix performance to identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin and volume. Your insights will support the development of customer, brand and SKU strategies, helping the business make informed choices around where and how to drive profitable growth.

A key part of the role will be strengthening commercial reporting and business intelligence. You will use Power BI and other analytical tools to turn complex information into clear, accessible insights, providing visibility of year-to-date performance, forecasts, risks and opportunities and enabling stakeholders to make faster, data-led decisions.

You will also play an active role in budget and forecasting processes, contribute customer and commercial insight into S&OP activities, and help embed meaningful commercial performance measures across planning and decision-making.

You will be a highly analytical and commercially minded professional with experience in Revenue Growth Management, Business Intelligence, Commercial Finance or a related commercial discipline, ideally within FMCG or another fast-paced consumer environment.

You will have a strong understanding of commercial and P&L drivers, with experience analysing volume, revenue, margin and profitability. Comfortable working with large and complex datasets, you will be able to move beyond reporting the numbers and translate analysis into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.

Strong Power BI and data analysis capability will be important for this role, alongside the ability to identify trends, build meaningful commercial insights and communicate complex information in a clear and engaging way.

You will be confident challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders, with the credibility to operate as a trusted partner across Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing and other commercial functions. You will combine attention to detail with the ability to see the wider commercial picture and prioritise the areas that can make the greatest difference.

Experience in areas such as trade terms and investment optimisation, category management, key account management, project management or commercial process improvement would be advantageous.

Above all, you will bring commercial curiosity, strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach, with the ability to quickly understand the business and make an impact during this 12-month assignment.
