Region Africa Levante Supply Chain & General Procurement Buyer (8-month Fixed-Term Contract)

As Region Africa Levante Supply Chain & General Procurement Buyer, you will help shape how Ferrero secures goods, materials and services that keep our business moving.

Based in Luxembourg on an 8-month fixed-term contract, you will work across supply chain and general procurement, balancing quality, cost and continuity of supply. In this role, your decisions will have a direct impact on service, reliability, and the way teams deliver every day.

You will support the procurement strategy for your categories, making sure it reflects business needs and longer-term priorities. You will contribute to planning, align purchasing choices with budgets, and help define the right quality, legal, environmental and ethical standards for the goods and services your teams need.

Moreover, you will run sourcing activities from market scouting to request for proposals, offer analysis and supplier negotiations. You will help create fair competition, select the most suitable solutions and manage purchase orders with care, always applying Ferrero’s policies and Code of Business Conduct.

You will also strengthen relationships with suppliers so continuity, service and quality remain strong over time. In addition, you will monitor performance indicators, support claims with the right partners, help apply contract standards where managed locally, and follow work items that contribute to accurate, on-time payments.

You bring your educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field, together with 2-3 years of experience in Procurement. You know how to read business needs, compare offers and support sound purchasing decisions.

You can communicate fluently in English, build constructive working relationships and manage changing priorities with care. You also bring strong analytical and reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems calmly, even when situations are uncertain.

You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You also have experience with SAP tools such as Ariba and S/4HANA, and you work in a way that reflects Ferrero’s values, ethics, and respect for quality.
