  • Oversees plant operations to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met efficiently within budget.
  • Maintenance Budget: works in cooperation with the RdM (Referente di Manutenzione) and with the plant maintenance manager in the preparation of the UGP (PRODUCTION MANAGER) maintenance Budget (work list) and cooperates in the management thereof during the operative period.
  • Budget for investments: identifies with the support of the RdM and of the Maintenance Manager the needs for improvements and modifications to the UGP (PRODUCTION MANAGER) plants.
  • Production Budget: prepares the production budget for the UGP (PRODUCTION MANAGER) unit with the support of LPP (cycle, discards and efficiencies)
  • General expenditure budget: prepares the general expenditure budgets for the UGP (PRODUCTION MANAGER) unit.
  • Optimization in the use of the production factors: ensures the correct use of the production factors in order to maximize the UGP (PRODUCTION MANAGER) unit results.
  • Respect for product quality and productive process within the UGP (PRODUCTION MANAGER): bears responsibility for the product quality and for the compliance with the work instructions, as defined in the Quality “Capitolati”.
  • Compliance with Hygiene and security regulations: grants that food safety and hygiene regulations are abided by (cleanliness included) in the UGP (PRODUCTION MANAGER) area and makes sure that the same regulations are followed in the areas of common use (corridors, break zones).
  • Staff and direct co-workers planning: Coordinates and plans the activities of the direct co-workers
  • Labour needs planning supports the long- and short-term labour planning, providing all the necessary needs for the UGP (PRODUCTION MANAGER) unit
  • Goal Definition: defines the tasks for his/her co-workers in accordance with the plant guidelines
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma/B-Tech in Production management/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferable) with management level experience
