Permanent

We are looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to lead our Aldi and Lidl partnerships, helping to drive sustainable growth across two of the UK's most important and fast-growing retail customers.

Reporting to the Business Unit Controller, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies that deliver sales, profit and market share growth across Ferrero's portfolio of iconic brands. As the primary contact for your customers, you will build strong relationships, identify new growth opportunities and ensure Ferrero remains a trusted strategic partner.

This role offers significant exposure across the business and provides the opportunity to influence commercial decisions, shape customer plans and contribute directly to the success of Ferrero's UK business.

You will develop and implement customer business plans aligned to both Ferrero's commercial objectives and your customers' strategic priorities. Through effective account management, you will deliver agreed sales, revenue and profitability targets whilst managing promotional investment and forecasting performance.

Working closely with key customer stakeholders, you will lead negotiations and Joint Business Planning discussions to drive mutually beneficial growth opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal teams including Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure plans are executed effectively and customer needs are met.

In addition, you will continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity and shopper behaviour, using insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and support future business growth.

You are an ambitious and commercially minded sales professional with experience managing customer relationships within an FMCG environment. You have a proven ability to build credibility with customers, influence stakeholders and deliver results through strong commercial thinking and effective negotiation.

You are comfortable working with data and translating insight into actionable recommendations that support business growth. Highly organised and results-focused, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively across multiple functions to achieve shared objectives.

Experience managing Aldi, Lidl or other major UK grocery customers would be advantageous, alongside experience developing Joint Business Plans, managing customer P&Ls and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
