  • To conduct daily fieldworks of Distribution/Price Panel;
  • To conduct fieldworks for ad hoc projects when needed;
  • Work is 100% in the field (retail outlets).

POINT OF SALES VISITS:

  • Visit different areas according to pre-determined schedule on daily basis to: 
  • Locate the sample retail outlets according to pre-set criteria 
  • Conduct audit for Ferrero and competitors’ products and collect other marketing information inside the sample stores outlets  
  • Enter the audit data into the device and transmit all data to Luxembourg office on daily basis 
  • Daily car travelling is required in order to reach all different locations 
  • Respect the numbers of visit at least 20 stores per day  
  • Take Photos in all stores visited  

COMPETITORS ACTIVITY REPORTS:

  • Inform MIS department by using a defined template about any new competitor activity (promotion, new products…)  

MARKETING ACTIVITY TRACKING:

  • Report to MIS department all Ferrero Marketing activities using a defined template 

COMMUNICATION:

  • Maintain good and continuous communications with Luxembourg office and External Supervisor. 
  • Inform MIS Department about all unusual in-store situation, issues

AD HOC REQUESTS:

  • Answer in a detailed and appropriate way any ad hoc requests done by MIS department (sample purchasing, pictures taking…) 
  • Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing
  • Preferred to have at least 4 years of experience as Field Salesperson / FMCG Merchandiser  
  • Able to communicate effectively in English & French
  • Excellent knowledge of defined area, well-versed with street names and places, 
  • Familiar with FMCG retail outlets, 
  • Computer literate, 
  • Good interpersonal skills, 
  • Valid Driving license, 
  • Accustomed to outdoor work,  
  • Detail-oriented & independent, 
  • Able to travel to other cities and work alone in the market
