As an Maintenance Manager, you manages investment budget and planning for the plant, with specific regards to renewal, adequacy, and substitution investments for production and support Plants. Provide support to given structures (Ferrero Engineering and third parties), for the investment execution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    Define, track and improve key KPIs (SQCDME) for Engineering & Maintenance
    Develop and continuously improve the plant’s Maintenance & Engineering Master Plan
    Lead Health & Safety within the department
  • Budget & cost control
    Prepare, manage and monitor the maintenance budget (resources, spare parts, external services)
    Analyze variances and ensure cost control through regular reviews
  • Maintenance strategy & policies
    Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of maintenance policies
    Ensure proper application, monitoring and effectiveness of maintenance practices
    Maintain up-to-date documentation, manuals and work instructions
  • Projects & asset management
    Support design, installation and commissioning of new equipment
    Coordinate activities to ensure timelines and technical standards are met
    Contribute to supplier management for services and equipment
  • Planning & execution
    Support mid- and short-term maintenance planning and scheduling
    Ensure efficient execution of maintenance interventions following best practices
    Contribute to prioritization of activities and resource allocation
  • Continuous improvement
    Identify improvement opportunities across systems and equipment
    Support implementation of maintenance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Performance & analysis
    Monitor performance through KPIs and technical reviews
    Contribute to root cause analysis and breakdown investigations
    Support standardization and best practice sharing across the organization

You will possess a qualification of Level 3 or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering, accompanied with 8 to 15 yrs of FMCG experience.

Your skill set will encompass budget management proficiency, experience in overseeing small to large projects, a keen grasp of preventative maintenance methodologies, and the expertise to strategically plan shutdowns.
