INTERNSHIP Area Operating Planning - Control Tower (starting from March)
Join the Control Tower within the Area Operations Planning team. You will contribute to the deployment of products from production sites to different markets and support coordination of industrial planning for seasonal products.
You will gain practical experience alongside Supply Planning and Transport teams, gradually taking ownership of defined operational activities and strengthening coordination across the deployment process.
Through daily follow-up, you will contribute to clear visibility on progress, timely issue management and more effective ways of working across the teams involved.
You will support the deployment of multi-destination product codes, coordinating their allocation to different markets after production, and contribute to the coordination of industrial planning activities for seasonal products.
As your knowledge grows, you will take ownership of defined operational activities. You will work with Supply Planning and Transport colleagues to clarify priorities, coordinate follow-up and help move deployment activities forward across different markets.
You will track daily activities, identify issues and connect with the relevant teams to support resolution. By observing how the work is managed, you will also suggest practical improvements that simplify activities, strengthen tracking and make coordination more effective.
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of August 2027.
You are interested in operations planning and want to learn how production, supply planning and transport activities connect in an international market deployment process.
You can organize information, follow activities carefully and communicate clearly with different teams while developing the autonomy needed to manage defined operational responsibilities.
You approach problems practically, raise issues when needed and look for simple ways to improve tracking, coordination and everyday working methods.
