Industrial Environmental & Energy Specialist - Pozzuolo Martesana
For our Plant in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI) we are looking for an Industrial Environmental & Energy Specialist who is interested in joining the Operations Sustainability Environment and Energy Department.
The role reports to the Industrial Sustainability Environment & Energy Manager and contributes to the achievement of results towards our ambitious Global targets for industrial sustainability and environmental initiatives.
As an Operation Environmental & Energy Specialist, you will support the environmental and energy legal compliance to achieve and maintain ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
Moreover, you will take care of monitoring environmental emissions and industrial waste of Pozzuolo Martesana production site, providing support to the operational lines in pursuing sustainability opportunities and projects to reach the Group goals.
In this role you will monitor energy consumption, both externally supplied and internally measured, promoting all collaborations and projects to ensure the achievement of energy efficiency and decarbonisation objectives.
You will support the development of mid-long term plan for balancing environmental matrices (energy, water, waste and emissions).
Last but not least, you will contribute to the training on environmental and energy topics.
You will bring a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field, combined with initial experience in similar roles.Your real desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be a key to gain a wide intercultural competence.
A similar relevant experience would be consider a plus!
